We do have an approval policy, as we want you to be happy with your
purchase.
We ask that you let us know within 3 days of receiving the instrument, if you
are not pleased with it.
We will issue you a Return Authorization number to put on the shipping
label.
You have to pay the shipping costs to return it to us.
If it is for an exchange, that is all.
If it is returned for a refund, we charge a 3% restock fee, which
amounts to very little.
This is due to the time spent and the paperwork involved.
Again, we really want you to be happy with your instrument.
We try our best to make certain it is the right instrument for you by
listening to you and by answering any questions you may have. We also go
to great efforts to assure that it is adjusted properly so that we will
both be happy when you receive it.
We have a special way of protecting and packing the instrument for
shipping, and for this reason, the strings may be loosened slightly.
When you receive your instrument, you will simply need to tune it, play it,
and enjoy it!
