There is an EASY solution - for fine adjusting the mute to your bridge if needed.
1.)Pull the mute apart enough to...-
2.)Insert a round screw driver shaft as far back in the closed end of the mute as possible and ....
3.)Gently push the two ends back together with the screw driver still inserted.
4.)Remove the screw and fine adjust as necessary to fit the bridge.
