I noticed right away that they're more flexible and easier to note than what I'm using. They also produce a dryer and tighter tone with reduced overtones. I REALLY like them, thank you for steering me to them; I'll order a couple of dozen sets today. I haven't tried the Earl Scruggs set yet. As soon as I get thru my up coming recording session with Paul Williams, I'll try them on the RB-3. I just put new strings on it and I want them to acquire that "just broken in knock" before I record.
