The Squareneck model is the primary resonator guitar used in Bluegrass Music.
It is also popular in country music. This is played as a lap style instrument and requires a steel (slide) for the left hand.

The Roundneck is often used for blues and country music.
This instrument is fretted with the left fingers exactly like a standard guitar. A slide which slips over the finger can be used with this instrument.

NOTE: Both models below are called the "Nashville Slide" models - one is Squareneck and one is Roundneck.

ROUND NECK model:
Nashville Slide Model - Like the Chicago Blues model, this resonator's design originates in the roots of country music. We use a more traditional sandcast spider on this resonator for that classic slide guitar sound. In addition we added inlaid diamond position markers and gave it a dyed black rosewood fingerboard for a classier look.

These wood body guitars are modeled after traditional resonator body shapes and well designs. The diecast spider gives this resonator guitar amazing projection and volume.
