Hi Janet,
Even though I had read feedback from other customers about how pleased they were with your customer care and support I was still amazed at the amount of time you took on the phone with me learning my preferences and needs (weight, tones & budget) just so you could make sure I wound up with the banjo that was perfect for me. You, Jim, and Tom made me feel like I was your most important customer both before and after the purchase was made.
The set up was perfect, exactly what I wanted. Others must think it sounds good too because recently I was at an open jam where there was a Huber and two Mastertones and several people complimented my Sullivan Bardstown, wanting to know what it was and where I got it. Of course I gave you very high marks.

Tom, I received the banjo yesterday and it was in a good condition.
The action and everything else was set just perfectly. In general the banjo looks, feels and sounds outstanding. Also the very highest notes from fret 15 up sound clear and have great sustain, I suppose that's thanks to the good tone ring.

I just wanted to thank you for getting me the new Sullivan Banjo. I haven't had a lot of time to play it yet, but based on what I have heard so far, I am very impressed with it. You were right, it is a very unique instrument in both appearance and sound. It seems extremely responsive and very easy to play. I love the bass response in it. I am anxious to get in on stage this weekend. I am playing in a festival this weekend and am planning on breaking it in.
I did want to know what kind of strings you set it up with. Didn't know if they were light or medium. If you could let me know, I would appreciate it.
