You Can Teach Yourself Reso Some Customer Comments
Hi, I got Janet's Reso book today and I thought I'd just write and say
how much I enjoy Janet's books.
I already have a few of her banjo books.

I've studied a lot of music books and several tapes, but I honestly want
to thank you for the style you have used to put this lesson together.
It is the best and most effective learning course I have ever seen
anywhere and I do appreciate your teaching ability and your playing
ability.
When I started learning Blackberry Blossom I thought it would be
impossible for me, but now I can smoke the flat pickers! (and that is
moving!!) I still prefer playing it slow because the way you taught it
makes that one of the prettiest songs I know, but I practiced what you
told me and I am able to get it moving when I want to now!
Thank you for your work. It was worth everything to me, I love dobro
and I love your teaching style.

Dear Janet,
I wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for producing the Book "You can teach yourself Reso". I converted an old guitar with bad frets to a Reso by purchasing a Nut riser. I needed some instruction and your book was the only good one at my local music shop. All I can say is, why didnt I start playing years ago. Your book was so easy to understand that I was playing in minutes...I must tell you I have played 5 string banjo for years so your instruction felt very banjo like. I play at my church and I can already play several of our songs dobro style.....with a few of your basic licks thrown in. When I get serious about buying a real dobro I will be back at your web site to view the latest and greatest. Thanks again for the great book. Do you have a followup Reso book after this one?

Hi---
I have purchased Janet's book, CD and Video on " You Can Teach Yourself The Reso ". I found hers very easy to understand and follow compared to others I have tried and
seen. I purchased a dobro the first part of Sept. this year
and have learned 8 of her tunes to this date. Its said you can't teach an old dog new tricks ( I'm 73 ), but Janets instructions let me jump over that line and I'm having a great time. A Happy Reso Wanna Be, Bill P
